Went here on tuesday for dinner very poor service. Meals did not arrive at the same time. Toilets in the restaurant were very dirty had not been cleaned, Over priced if you consider the lack of service and poor cleaniness. Will not dine there again NOT RECOMMENDED! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Food was slow to come out. Did not appreciate my lunch coming out just as the rest of my table was finishing theirs. Pasta was hard and stuck together. The atmosphere was good and the rest of my table enjoyed their dishes. I am hoping today was a one off

The main meals came too late. My family received their meals and I waited 10 mins to get my meal. All the meals should come to the same table at the same time. Went to the bathroom very dirty and was not clean at all. I used to come here often but the service and amenities have dropped substantially in quality. Lovely location, and the service was ok, but the food at Doyles, on the terrace is pretentious and grossly overpriced. I went for a family function and ate nothing because they don't cater for carnivores. The only meat available was a tiny 200g steak with potatoes and a few challots $55 for $7 worth of porterhouse steak! If you want to pay top dollar for cheap food packed with fattening sugar and carbs then this is the place for you!

Very nice lunch out on the terrace, steak was cooked perfectly. Service: 5 Location: 5
