Bp - KURRALTA PARK

The restroom facilities are incredibly dirty and unsanitary. It's clear that they are not cleaned regularly. I was horrified!

Good servo but sometimes hard to exit due to heavy traffic going northbound on south road.

My local BP makes it convenient to get what I need when other shops are closed.

Additionally, the staff was unhelpful when I asked to speak with a manager, and when I tried to reach out to OTR's customer service number, it was unavailable outside of service hours. I felt frustrated, especially since I was already in a bind. It would have been more helpful if the staff had informed customers beforehand that the EFTPOS machine was out of order. Under the circumstances, I should have been allowed to provide my ID and make a return payment later. Instead, I was told I either had to pay the extra fee at the ATM or they would call the police. That’s not an acceptable way to treat customers! I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in such a rude manner. Even fast food places put up a sign when their EFTPOS is down. This experience has left a bad impression, and I made sure to leave feedback about the incident. Overall, this was not the way to handle customer service.

Pretty typical OTR station with convenience store and carwash. Can get coffee and basic food here but doesn't have all the options their larger sites do.
