Pretty comfortable environment, great view, and amazing interior design. The beef was the best. They did a bit of sous vide before searing the A5. While I was unable to taste the 'fat melting ' as strongly as other places, I liked this much better.

Excellent setting, cosy and quiet, rare for HK... Service is top notch, well above the average of the city. Small cons but still deserves 5 stars: menu could feature more choices, no AMEX or Asia Miles. Will definitely go back, hidden gem!
