Kafe Pannorama - Коряжма

This cafe is not recommended for visiting because of the service and rudeness of the waitresses. Came here today with my parents. The table we sat at was not cleared. And no one was going to take it away. They didn't bring us the menu, so we had to go and get our own. We chose dishes, waited for them to come to us. But the waiters passed by the tables and were not going to come up. Again, I had to go to the bar and ask questions: when will they come to us, will they take the order and clean the table? To which one of the waitresses with a disgruntled face and a rude tone replied: “We could come up ourselves.” And went to our table. Naturally, after such an attitude, they did not want to stay in this institution. They got up with their parents and were about to leave. But the waitress, apparently, wanted to sort things out. She began to blame that I ran into her, although I asked questions calmly. She also said that we SHOULD have seen them laying tables, all the waiters are busy, because there will be visitors who have booked tables in advance. And that in their cafe order at the bar. To which I replied, how should I know that they have service ordered here and how this relates to the fact that we came to rest in this institution at that very moment. The cafe was not closed for serving the event, the tables were free for visitors who did not order a table in advance. No one approached us and warned that they were so busy and had no time to discuss. And in general they have in the corner on top it is indicated that the service is at the bar. I have already been to this cafe more than once, the service was carried out not at the bar, but at the tables. All my comments received only one answer, that we should have noticed everything and that's it. It was useless to prove something to the waitress. The person does not understand at all what the correct communication of the service personnel with the client is. Dear manager of this establishment, I do not think that you opened a cafe for people to enter and leave the establishment. There will definitely not be any profit with such workers. In front of this whole situation, the people from the next table also got up and left. So I ask you, dear manager, if you read reviews and are not indifferent to your institution, select staff, teach them to communicate politely and fulfill their direct duties, and not be rude to customers and walk around with disgruntled faces. There are few good establishments in Koryazhma, it is a pity that there are one less of them. I have to leave a review here, because they left the institution due to a conflict. But I will be back again and will definitely use the book of complaints and suggestions :

They do not take out the menu, or take out selectively. The carbonara was with curdled cream, the cheese tasted expired, in general, I do not recommend it for eating. The pizza has raw dough. The cheeseburger was good.

An island of warmth, coffee coziness and comfortable environment. I recommend it, especially to city guests. There is Wi Fi, it is convenient to work with a laptop or other gadget. There are sockets, you can recharge I ate by myself I fed the phone : Not annoying chill out music. The whole atmosphere is conducive to a leisurely pastime. Of the minuses. There are practically none. Is it possible to increase a little assortment of sweets. I recommend! 5+!

Children's room The mosaic is in a terrible state. The tables are dirty, the cover is dirty and in some places pulled up, the child can easily stumble and fall. They came, looked at this disgrace, didn’t even want to order anything, turned around and left.

Pleasant atmospheric cafe, there is also a children's room with a children's room (far from the main one). Everything is edible, but not very tasty. Satisfy hunger yes. Enjoy food as lucky. Prices are not cheap for the level of food. For example, cold borscht costs 80 rubles, but what is essentially a glass of water with beetroot broth with a small piece of ham, there was nothing else. Steak 350. No breakfast complex, no lunch complex either. The facility is generally pleasant.
