Beach House Restaurant- Kauai - KOLOA

My veg family of 5 made tonight reservations (a few months ago) dinner. we were told vegan options would be available. there was none! even salat dresses had honey. we had to go. very disappointed .

I went with my (non-vegan) family and tried the watermelon salad (sans goat cheese) and the coconut maize curry from the appetizer list. both were good, but the portions are small and the prices are high. we went to dinner and it was very busy and loud, so it was hard to turn around with our group of 5 on a round table. the menu is very seafood heavy and so are the rugged, so foreseeable if that is not something they are ready to experience.

No vegan specific menu, but our waiter was knowledgeable in view of the available options. I had the maize catheter and it was great

While there is no vegan menu more, the employees are knowledgeable and can recommend dishes that are suitable. service is excellent and the location is beautiful; I recommend booking a table between 6:30-7:00 clock to see the sunset! I had to start the cocos milk corn kitchen and the slowly roasted local beds as main...both were delicious! I especially liked the spageltempura and the kokosmilch kartoffeln. in any case recommend to try here, especially if they are on a slumber week.

If you are vegan and GF you could go with modified salads. Not worth paying the price though.
