You have so few guests that you need to know their dinner time so that they plan to have a cook. The restaurant is also the reception area with only 2 tables. They advertise as a plant base, but many of the options have eggs and they are sometimes confused about not wanting eggs. For breakfast there is only 1 vegan option (a green curry) except the smoothie shell, but it was incredibly good. Your dinner options have been pretty hit or miss, mostly just inconsistent quality, but sometimes really good. They advertise as a kind of creative hippie connection (but also annoyingly pushing crypto), but at least when we were there, it was mostly abandoned and nothing to do except hang by the pool. It is a nice stay if you simply treat it like a fairly basic resort and do not have other expectations. You also do not take a credit card and calculate 5% for PayPal.
Jaiyen Resort offers almost everything: from the unique architecture of bamboo-dome and open-air-lobby to stunning views on the hill, beach, jungle, food garden, steam room, sauna, yin-yang hot and cold spa, creative tools, cute kittens, muay Thai outfit, volleyball nets, musical instruments, great books, desk eggs, games and games Kayak rentals are nearby and the area in front of the resort is ideal for an afternoon of kayaking around the bay. The hosts are genuine and open and always ready to go beyond and beyond to put a smile on the faces of the customers. Come with an open mind instead of expectations, and you will get the most out of a fantastic place.
This room is amazing! I had one of the biggest solo travel experiences in this eco resort. I was overwhelmed with the sunset, spacious pod with small details equipment they could think (like yoga blocks, matt, water cup) and had so much fun with 4 furry and lazy cats chip the dog! will definitely come back soon thanks kevin!

The restaurant was disappointing considering the hype. The eco-friendly atmosphere was marred by a dusty room with cobwebs, and the facilities were run-down. The only redeeming factor was the food.
