Good options on the menu, easy to order, and it was nice to receive a buzzer that alerted me when my food was ready. I was unimpressed by the bread used on my lobster roll, which was basically a Hot Dog bun, but the rest of the meal was great.

Best Lobster roll this American has ever had! I will say it only got 4 stars because the portions are very small. No big deal, I just ordered two rolls!

A good sized serving of fish and chips for a reasonable price. Fish seemed pretty fresh fish, and very good chips. Maybe a bit too much seasoning on the chips costs them a 5 star rating. Overall, very good, will definitely eat there again Oddly, their pictures in the menu and advertising makes the serving look smaller than they actually are.

We decided have something to eat their anyway. The staff was helpful and friendly but the chips was too much salt and pepper and far too salty which we couldn’t finished it.

We have eaten at the Tivoli Food Hall on numerous occasions. It’s convenient when visiting the Park and it’s nice if you’re looking to dive in from poor weather or if you have different food goals as a couple or a group. We came in for pizza, but were immediately drawn to the “Lobster Shack”. The menu is simple, the young gal working was really sweet and so we ordered up a Christmas Beer and Pilsner while she went to work on our Lobster Roll Combo (w/fries). The tasty sandwich arrived quickly and the fries were a great side. We loved the pea purée, the chili mayo (especially on the potatoes) and felt the pricing was in line.
