Staff very pleasant but had to wait a long time for our pre-ordered meal. Over charged at end of meal due to computer software, but having argued our case we were granted a reduction. I was disappointed with my Bang Bang Chicken Salad, the noodles were like rubber bands (not that I've ever eaten rubber bands), which spoilt the dish for me. Next time I will stick with Katsu Curry. I mentioned this to the waitress, but she seemed quite disinterested. On the plus side the affogato coffee mini dessert was spot on, The upstairs dining atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I would come back again. Brilliant place to eat, busy Friday afternoon and great service throughout the meal. Dietary restrictions: Limited but very tasty vegan/veggie options.
