Burger King - Knutsford

Staff too busy chatting to serve customers. The guy that was on the till seen I was waiting but decided going out for a break without saying anything was more important. Waited for a while as I could not order what I wanted on the self service. Wouldn't go back there again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely ridiculous, stood at the counter for 10mins as wanted to order a burger with extra pickle which you can't do on the self service screens. Spent the whole time listening to staff casually chatting behind the scenes but nobody on the till to serve you and no way of getting anyones attention. Gave up in the end and walked away. Extremely poor. Don't waste your time. Food: 1

Was queuing up 10 mins before closing time, they said nothing till 23:00 when they closed but served the people in front of us after they complained. Once we got in front and explained that we were also waiting with the same people we were told they had no food left. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got in the queue 10 minutes before closing time, waited the whole 10 minutes just to be told when 2nd in lane that no more orders but proceeded to serve the people in front once they complained. When we tried to explain that we were in the queue as long as the people that still got served after closing time we were told “no food left”. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
