Przekaż informację zwrotnąGot there for drive-through at 4:54 pm. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I did not get to order until 5:01. I asked for the happy hour Mountain Dew blast. The server said we can’t give you the happy hour price because it’s after 5:00. I replied yes, it’s 5:01, but I have been sitting in line for 7 minutes. The server said, sorry but we are very strict with that. Seriously? It would only be good business to honor the specials if a customer is in line by the deadline. SO, this Taco Bell lost a customer over a $1.50. Will not be back to that Taco Bell AND if you are wanting any of their special prices that they offer I suggest you get there in plenty of time to compensate for their inefficiencies.
Ordered cheesy Fiesta potato for my toddler. It was fried over how many times I don't know, but it was hardly chewable.
First off coming from an every other day type taco bell customer, this is one of the worst locations I've ever had the displeasure visiting. A friend and I stopped by on 4-7-24 at approximately 12:30am, placed our orders, drove away then realized the food wasn't how we ordered it, drove back through the drive thru and was borderline harassed by the manager, had to go back and forth with the manager about whether or not(john) had given us a receipe for the order which he DID NOT but DID have the burrito that was wrongly made, after 5 mins of going back and forth they finally remade the burrito. Bottom line,if it's wrong then make it right don't drill the customer who just wants the food right. And lastly, we had to ask multiple times for extra mild sauce, silverware, and straws. This location needs some major cleaning up!
Terrible service, the manager asked me for a receipt for the food I literally just ordered which I DID NOT get a receipt for……..I mentioned that half the time we don’t get receipts for cash purchases at Taco Bell she said “that’s because our machine doesn’t work half the time” okay how is that my problem? The problem at hand is you messed my order up and didn’t want to replace it. I finally got it replaced but it was an absolute hassle. The drive thru worker “John” blantly lied saying he gave me a receipt which was complete bull. Taco Bell please do better.
Literally got screamed at by two workers. Very off putting. Dine in.
