Przekaż informację zwrotnąI just placed an order online for in store pickup but the website gave no confirmation nor did we get an email. I have proof that the payment was taken out of my bank account, but apparently the order itself didn 't go through. The manager REFUSED to give us our order even after we showed proof of purchase. They also refused to offer a refund, OR EVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Subways website itself leaves no phone , and corporate claims to have moved customer service to an entirely digital experience. I have not gotten a refund and this is awful customer service from both the store and the company alike. Don 't waste your time
I usually frequent this location for my lunch breaks, and am usually satisfied with what I receive, until today. Decided to use DoorDash this time around, because we were busy at work, and I really was craving my usual. Made an order through the app, and made sure it was easy to read what I ordered. Which by the way, is only a foot long on herb and cheese, TOASTED, with ham, lettuce, American cheese and mayo. Not sure if it?s due to understaffing, or just plain old laziness, but this sandwich was thrown together like a child made it (picture attached). Not to mention that it?s labeled IN ORDER on the receipt that they put in the bag. I?m not one to leave reviews, but this genuinely irritated me. I know working fast food probably isn?t ideal, but I would be fired from my job if I put this type of effort into what I do. For the love of god, just do better. I?m just trying to get my sandwich.. ????
Went to grab two ft longs and it took 25 mins with 3 people working and the manager in charge was screaming at her kids Constantly who were running around the dinning room and she did so up until I literally had to shhhhhhh her so I could order and the food was horrible got charged for two deluxe ft long tunas with extra cheese and only one had extra meat on it but by that point I was lucky to just get out of the store without a headache but she did make sure to tell me about the survey for two free cookies which they were out of ????
Amazing employees and food. The younger guy and Raven just make u want to come back bc they are so great with their customers. I didn't even mind having to wait bc it was a little busy. They made the whole experience very pleasant and I will definitely come back.
For the third time, no one was there when I wanted to place an order. Please staff your stores to cover breaks, and if you have trouble getting people, remember that the value of labor has gone up and you can't pay less than everyone else and expect people to work for you.
