China Wok Buffet - Knoxville

There food is always very fresh here. There is a variety to satisfy anyone's tastes. The server staff is always very attentive and quick to retrieve anything you need. I have been multiple times and will definitely be returning again soon. Vegetarian options: There is a salad and fruit bar along with strictly vegetarian selections. There is also sushi and a hibachi bar where you can get customized dishes. Dietary restrictions: There are fried, broiled, and grilled options on the buffet bar. There is something that can appease any particular diet that's needed. Parking: This establishment is located inside a strip shopping center, so there is plenty of parking for everyone. Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for kids. There is a large selection of food to satisfy any kids appetite. There is also an ice cream area with numerous different flavors. Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible parking spots right out front of the building, along with a large parking area to utilize if those spots aren't available. There are wheelchair ramps along the sidewalk, the restaurant has double entry doors to allow easy access for wheelchairs.

Absolutely horrible people I come in with my family guy up front says how many I say me my wife and my one son kids 3 and under eat free I have a 4 year old and 3 year old and a 1 year old and proceeds to tell me that I am lying about my children's ages and tells us that he cannot service to get out absolutely horrible people tbh how are you goin to tell me my kids ages?

Me and my best friend go there every month and we know that the coconut shrimp is a dinner item we got there a few minutes later and the guy and another waiters started cuzzing and hollering at my bf and in her face and I'm saying I know we come every month sometime s 3x a month I'm paying for dinner he was hollering over the ?.

Dark, dreary, sad, looks like it hasn't been updated (or even cleaned) in about forty years. Food is typical Americanized grade-B buffet stuff... mostly chicken cooked with a dozen different sauces. Service was OK, but I felt depressed eating in such a dim and sad little location.
