Carolina Ale House Knoxville

Beer is great! I enjoyed every court I tried. Fish and chips are delicious. French dips are really good. The nachos are from this world. Huge portions. Food: 5/5

They met with the family that one of them recommended. Wasn't disappointed at all. The service was great, there were 11 of us. Hunter was or server and she was great. Their attitude and attention was excellent the 2 hours we spent there. She's had a lot of trouble and not disappointed. Kudos

It's stopped here last night for a quick beer! Ends to stay most night our favorite bartender has moved to Carolina ale! Hold her, she's good! We love you Hunter

Second attempt to have a drink and appetizer. Second time, we literally sat at the bar for 10 minutes without being welcomed. Today the bartender was too busy stockings. We went twice without even making eye contact or smiling, or recognizing that she would soon be with us. They almost don't want business. Well, success. It won't try again. Now in Tennessee Tap House. Greetings with a smile and drink in the hand.

While in town visiting family last November, we had lunch at Carolina Ale House (party of 10 with 2 toddlers). It was a great experience. Had their wings and fries. Highly recommend them. More so, our server, Brooke Hurst, was excellent. She was always on top of our needs so we never had to ask for refills, etc. She was very polite, professional and outgoing all together. Both the food and service was excellent!We were back in town very recent and decided to go back. We asked if our previous server was still there and working that day. We were told yes and yes. But found out she had been promoted to bartender. So we chose to eat at the bar this time. That was fun and Brooke did a great job as both our bartender and ensuring we got our food on time, etc.We don’t normally do reviews but thought it important to let people know what a great time we had both visits! We will be back.Kid-friendliness: They were able to accommodate both toddlers and our server, Brooke didn’t hesitate to help with ensuring both children were safely seated in their high chairs. Thank you.
