Malik made my drink so great exactly how I asked with better sprinkled on top. And Cynitha was running drive thru with such hustle grace despite it just being them too! I hope their Mangers know what amazing employees they have!
They gave me a latte… only problem was it was black coffee. Thanks a lot.
Manager needs to be FIRED at this location. EXTREMELY RUDE Unprofessional. Knightdale NCIf my coffee is not right I will obviously have remade. I went to get my coffee remade a day after buying it because I didn’t have time to go back the same day, the manager (black lady, heavy set) said that I can’t do that because you have to get it remade within the hour. This was interesting seeing how I have done so in the past of it was wrong. She refused to remake my coffee so I just ended up ordering another. And now today, I got a coffee and the guy that made it made it clearly did not follow what I wanted in it. Within 5 minutes after receiving my order I went back and The manager comes to the window saying I get my coffee remade too many times (when this is her second time seeing me) and she again refused to remake my coffee, she told the guy that originally made it to not remake my coffee. Not only did she not keep her word of saying you have to get the coffee remade within the hour, but she is extremely rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. She then went on to argue with me, saying “from now on you’re going to order you’re coffee black and put the things you want in it on the side so you can put it in yourself.” No, I don’t come to a coffee shop to make my own coffee and I’m not letting someone tell me how I’m going to order my coffee. So she ended up giving me my money back and slammed the drive thru window shut. I don’t know how she’s the manger with her lack of customer service skills, or people skills in general, and with her horrible attitude. I think this Dunkin’ Donuts should reevaluate their manager qualifications because she is NOT it.
I have had multiple bad experiences coming to this Dunkin Donuts. The manager literally banned me from the store because she claims that I get my coffee remade too many times when I have only done it 3 times in total for good reasons. The manager is very disrespectful as well. The last 2 times I got my coffee remade because it didn 't taste good she gave me an attitude and said told me to order my coffee with the ingredients on the side and I 'm not doing that. I come to a coffee shop to get my coffee made, not to make it myself, and she didn 't even remake my coffee that time, all she did was give me my money back. So the third time I went back to get my coffee remade bc it look like there was something white in my coffee that isn 't supposed to be there, she told me that I could no longer come to the store. Very poor customer service even from the manager, so I don 't recommend coming here.
Just about all employees are rude. They never greet you. Donuts are always either placed upside down or side ways in the bag. God forbid if THEY mess your coffee up because they will give you a huge attitude about it and tell you if you get your coffee remade again you will not be allowed to return to that location…. What kind of customer service is that? Manager is no different, she’s rude as all hell. Usual managers try to accommodate you when they are the ones who mess up, but not this knightdale location. Definitely NOT returning. Don’t even know how people keep coming here.
