I’ve been trying to make a reservation, but no one answers the phone! I've checked several websites, but haven’t had any success.

I had a terrible experience at John Dory's Matlosana Mall! This was my second visit and it will definitely be my last. The service was truly disappointing. To the management of John Dory's, you really need to address your service issues. This experience reinforces why I typically prefer Spur for my seafood orders. I asked for the bill and waited over 30 minutes just to settle my payment, only to discover that the waiter had made mistakes in the calculations. This is simply unacceptable.

The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent.
