We were here for the second time and can't complain. We had another room every time and they were great. A great praise goes to the staff. Always nice and friendly.

A beautiful castle hotel, great suite had, very friendly staff and newly renovated SPA. Cosmetic treatments excellent!

Everything is very chic and the employees are accommodating. Unfortunately, some suites should be renovated.

The visit I gave away was a total waste. Orangerie: unannounced closed due to refurbishment Kellerbar: unannounced closed due to renovation on the double room: a chair for two guests the bed: with only 1.60m width in double room not necessary, which is expected in the "Schlosszimmer"; with open window all paths were locked in the room. Concierge: unfriendly and not for guests. The friendly service had to get the coals out of the fire.
