Przekaż informację zwrotnąI went with my nieces and great nephews for lunch today. I had the veggie burger and fries, which was delicious. My niece had to send her burger back as it wasn't cooked all the way through. The staff gave her a milkshake on the house for the inconvenience. My nephews and other niece enjoyed their burgers and fries as well. The main issue was the washroom. The dryer is situated above the garbage can, and the door wouldn't stay shut and had to be held shut with your foot to dry your hands. The sink and mirror were dirty as well. This is obviously a busy spot, so it would be great if they could keep it clean. Also, fix the garbage door. Or move the dryer. Right now, you can Qin a teip for two to Hawaii with a special Hawaiian burger. My issue is I don't eat much meat (flexitarian), and I definitely don't eat spam, which is on the Hawaiian burger. I love the fact that they have 30+ free toppings. ??? You can get Vizzy or Coors light beer there as well. The Barbet in the photo isn't available in store. I brought it in as I prefer it over most bubbly water.
A bit expensive but everything was good. Order taker spoke way to fast and had poor English so it made it difficult for a first time customer to comprehend. Almost didn't go because of previous bad reviews but I loved the food. Milkshake was just okay. Next time I'll just get a soda and save money.
Went in a about 8 months ago and didnt enjoy the atmosphere, gave a second chance today with my children and it really felt like i was at home. The service was prompt and validated. The employees seemed very motivated. The food was good , my kids actually asked me that night if we had leftovers and that doesnt happen often. Will be back . Great turnaround
Was in a rush to get in and out figured because it was a fast food place it would be fine. Waited half an hour, missed my bus and had to ask that they wrap my burger after it sat there with toppings and meat getting cold. They were training which I understand but even the non trainers were going incredibly slow. Not somewhere to go when in a hurry.Edit: have tried emailing the given email 3 times with an error message coming back everytime.
Had to pay for free toppings????The worker who took our order initially had it down correctly, then after we confirmed it he removed one of our burgers without telling us which was extremelyyyy confusing. I really don't know why he did that.In all, the workers now are new, unexperienced, and are actively undergoing training. However, I believe their training needs to be more thorough as all of the workers were making mistakes on everything they were doing. They were stressed and looked like they had no idea what they were doing which is why the push for better training needs to be addressed.This place went completely downhill in a span of two months since the last time I've been here. The staff used to be amazing and were the reason I kept coming back. The free toppings used to actually be free. They were quick, understanding, and most importantly got the order right the first time. This company should have tried harder to keep the great staff they used to have, because the experience we had recently at this establishment will be our last.
