Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe drive thru was not a good day. A guy yells at me over the intercom then. When I get my order they did not offer me a top for the blizzard I ordered. And they took forever getting my food. It's usually good but the order person needs to work on eddiquite.
There free day was so packed for the first time. And food was great
After I was given my food through the drive through I asked for ketchup for my fries and the employee just shut the window in my face and left. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she didn 't hear me and just I waited for her to come back since there were people behind us. When she did I asked again for ketchup and was was told were out at which point she shut the window on me again. No apology or anything. At this point I went in the store and told that employee I wanted a refund for the fries. She slammed her hand on the bag and threw them at the garbage can behind her and said cash or credit . I asked for a manager and told there was not on duty and I could come back tomorrow. I asked for a name and was told we don 't give names. Asked for an employee number and was told we don 't have employee numbers . I read the name off the refund slip and she said thats not me. If the employee just used the words im sorry I wouldn 't have cared. Absolutely terrible customer service. There was no need for her to act like that.

You need to better Train the people you got taking orders at the drive thru. They have major attitude and aren't kind. Rude behavior and very impatient while a elderly person i was with was trying to order. It definitely was so disrespectful. I would definitely make all your staff do a courtesy training fast because whoever you have needs to improve their people skills. He should have known better.
