Neither positive nor negative. So it needed a refresh. Joined with a small trip we took place at lunch in the restaurant of the CPH Hotel Seeblick. Parking is sufficient. The so-called Seepark Kirchheim consists of hotel, holiday village and campsite. Special feature is a fixedly installed water ski facility that pulls one over the lake and can be seen from the restaurant's terrace. The weather was good, so we first had room on the outside terrace. But then we had a fresh breeze and wild wasps moved to the conservatory, the so-called sea garden. And that was a good decision, because here it was cozy, and the view of the lake was continued. The menu turned out to be just a little larger selection of the food card before entering. A total of 20 dishes I cannot remember a minimalist menu. But if it's done well, why not? And it should be possible to assume that these dishes are dominated and freshly prepared. Only the selection was quite disappointing. A single soup, two appetizers, three small dishes ( sausages or cheese plates, four salads, four meat dishes, four dishes from the grill and two vegetarian dishes. I repeat when I say that I am a presupplier. But it can also be another small thing. But nothing really said to me here, and in order not to let my anticipation go to a soup, I ordered the oxen. My wife as a salad lover again ordered a small supplement salad. She chose Schnitzel Wiener Art as the main food. I would like to say that this ranks in place 1 of her orders during all our visits. And even though I have experienced some disappointments in my life when ordering grill plates, and my wife repeatedly hints at it with a spun, you know, these are leftovers! I just couldn't change and ordered the grill pan from all steaks something. And: I was not disappointed! But from the outset: the waiting period was pleasant (short, and soon the small supplemental salad and the cattle force broth stood before us. The small salad deptched itself as a proper portion and apparently made exclusively by itself. Even the white and carrot salad. No pails! In addition, as the largest part of green salad, some cucumber, a quarter of tomato and smash. He was relatively fade and had to be re-heated. The cattle-force broth with greases was ok, but as such does not count as my soup favorites. The Schnitzel Wiener Art has tasted my wife excellently. In the frying pan and fresh. The associated fries more moderately and also here it was necessary to season but better than salt from the beginning! And then my grill pan. Very appetizing and with excellent roasted meat. Especially the piece of beef was perfect and fried to the point. That also demanded a praise for the kitchen. Due to the two pieces of turkey breast, the plate was a little wing-loaded and the fourth piece of grilled meat (big meat went almost sang and soundlessly under. The roast potatoes were okay. All in all, we were very satisfied despite initial disappointment about the small selection of dishes. Only at home then we took a look at the hotel's homepage. The homepage promises (quote: let our chef and his team spoil you with regional and international cuisine. Maybe a little too high. Regional dishes? A piece of Ahle Wurscht for 7,40 € was also a part of a home maker sausage plate the only regional we could discover. Either the homepage should be adjusted or the menu should be extended ...... The consumed as it is in the menu: small supplement salad 3,80 € beef broth with grießnocke and vegetable strips 3,80 € grill pan from all steaks something, with bratkartoffels and herbal butter 18,80 € Schnitzel Viennese type with frits 10,80 € Allgäuer Dark 0,550 € However, the price for the grill pan seems to me a little too high, unlike any other food.
