Saber's Taste Of India - Kingston

Take out only, even though they have a restaurant seating area. The owner was very condescending and didn’t make us want to return. I worked in Mississauga and had such a great choice of good Indian food, we were extremely disappointed in the food from Sabers!

We recently discovered that Saber's is now open for dine in. Some friends who moved to BC a few years ago were in town and we decided to go. I am happy to report that the food is as delicious as it was in prepandemic days! We often get takeout from Sabers, which is always good, but food served on a plate to your table is tastier. Together with the excellent service and newly refurbished dining area it is highly recommended.

Saber's was our go-to restaurant when we lived in Kingston. After we moved to the East Coast 4 years ago, it was the bar we measured other restaurants by, and we never have found one that lived up to the standard set here! We were planning a trip to Kingston to visit family, and a visit to Saber's was a priority for our trip, and we were thrilled to hear that they were open for dining in again! We enjoyed a fabulous meal, and it was as good as we remembered it, with the amazing service we were always accustomed to. I will be enjoying another wonderful meal from here before we return to Halifax.

Always excellent food and service. Big portions and lots of tasty options. After a few years of only doing take-out, they are back open for dine-in service. Moved away years ago but haven't been able to find a comparable restaurant. Glad to be able to visit again and enjoy a delicious meal.
