Little Texas Roadhouse Bar & Grill

I was urged by a friend to give it a try for the wings and beer, who said "forget the past, they are under new management for some time". Suffice to say I was left unimpressed by what appears to be a "hit or miss" location based on the reviews. Mine was a definite "miss" given the slow service on a quiet weekday, wings that were small and overcooked. If under new management, I guess they didn't learn from the past from my experience however it seems like some have had good success. I don't plan on coming back unless just for cold beer, but find the pub down the road on Bath much better for that! Even my friend who joined me actually felt embarrassed saying "it was much better the first time I came... I don't know what happened"

After reading the negative reviews, we were a bit skeptical. We stopped by for dinner on a Tuesday night. We were seated promptly and server took our drink order right away. We ordered the mushroom burger, San Antonio flat bread and burrito. Food came in a reasonable amount of time and tasted great. We ordered another round of beer ( first ones were a bit flat, and server apologised saying they just changed the keg ). It's more of a night time venue , but dinner was decent.

This roadhouse sits next to our dental clinic on Days Road. I've been wanting to try it for a few months and, while waiting for my husband to finish his dental appointment, I checked it out,. The daily special is an 8 ounce steak with thick homemade chips and a 20 ounce draft beer for $15.00. My husband had that and I had a $5.00 homemade style burger with fries and a $3.00 draft beer. Everything was fresh and hot. Our server was friendly and helpful. Our bill came to $27.10. What a deal!

Got to this place at 4:45 pm for the 5 to 9 wing special. Waitress came and told me the deal starts at 5 but she would take my order. Asked her about the beer prices and was told that they have 3 dollar beer or 20oz for 4 dollars. I ordered two 20oz and 2 lb of wings plus an order of fries.The wings are very good value at 6 dollars but the fries were under cooked and cost 6 dollars also. When I got my bill I was charged 5 dollars for the beer and told the price goes up at 5pm even though I ordered just before 5pm. I cannot remember when I ever paid 6 dollars for an order of fries especially that were not that good. I could buy fries that are much better at Costco for half the price.

Meal and staff were excellent, I ad a Great Time Thurs Nite with Karaoke, Never Had So many People Sing Happy Birthday before Great Crowd Of Singers wit Dan Stoneses Karaoke Road Show..
