Remodeled and now worse than ever. Want to refill your drink? Grab some napkins? Forget it. It's all behind the counter — and nowhere else. At least you can be treated this way to the sounds of earsplitting royalty-free music in the lobby.

What’s the point of this place being open 24 hours? 6 times in the past month, my fellow nurses and I have tried to get McDonald’s as we work nights and every time one of us goes thru there we are told “our systems are down.” Update:Jyst don’t bother at all. Even if you can get food, you have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting what you ordered. Seriously, y’all can’t make a double cheeseburger as described on the menu??? No changes, additions or deletions. Can’t even get a standard menu item right?

Came through at 5:55am this morning, ordered 2 sausage Buiscut’s with cheese and a Carmel macchiato. I get to work and there’s no cheese which I paid extra for and they never gave me my receipt. I called and spoke to the most rediculous manager BRIAN who told me to keep my food for 24 hours and bring it back since I’m at work. 1 that’s soooo unsanitary and a health violation so I will be reporting that and 2 whose going to keep there food for 24 hours just to bring it back a show someone they messed up. I took pictures but I’m sure when I do go back they’re going to find some excuse to say they didn’t mess up. It’s just bizarre to tell customers to keep their food for 24 hours just to show you that you messed up. Poor management. Food Karen or not that’s just gross

Foods above average for a McDonald's, it's just too bad that the late night service is so miss or miss. Feels like less than coinflip odds to get food from 12 to 2. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
