Diesel time here. Must have been short on staff for one of the biggest days in Kimmswick. Food was awesome the time it took was way too long for food. Willing to give it another shot because it was sooo good.

Even when they're busy and there's a long wait, I would definitely recommend sticking it out because it's absolutely worth it.

The brisket and ribs here are outstanding! The sauces are excellent as well!

I have NEVER been let down by their amazing food. Normally, I'm not a fan of potato salad, coleslaw, or bread pudding, but I absolutely love theirs. Without a doubt, this is the best BBQ in Jefferson County!
