Przekaż informację zwrotną3 Strikes You’re out! Our first time – restaurant “leadership” (manager/owner) would not honor our coupon (even though “exclusions” were not clearly communicated). The second time – we were deceived about the use of our debit card to avoid “extra” credit card surcharge (no thanks for passing along the extra charge even with a debit card). The third time – we waited well over an hour after ordering for our greasy and over battered fish dinners, then asked five minutes later if we wanted take home boxes and then asked five minutes later to vacate the table because the table was needed for the next customers. Examining the receipt, we were penalized with the surcharge even though we paid with cash and the tip was automatically added because we had six in our party (tip calculated with surcharge and tax included). What a racket they have going! When I discussed the matter with the manager/owner, I received no apology other than “sorry, we are shorthanded and need to keep things moving”. Not cool – shifting your problems i.e., surcharges, staff shortages and timing issues to customers and patrons. This is not a way to treat people/customers. The owners/managers, Sandra Mendoza and others will have more time for others now because I, my family, my extended family, my neighbors, and other friends will no longer be bringing our business and wallets here. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me; fool me again, bad news travels.
