Ihop - Kerrville

10/10 got a free meal after they mixed up half our order with another groups, was told to never return to the place again, along with the other group whom our order was crossed with. I asked them not to threaten me with a good time. Along with it taking two hours just to mess it up. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had bar none. Bravo. Almost impressive.

Food was on point, but service was severely lacking. It seemed they only had high school aged kiddos servicing tables, they didn't appear to be enjoying work so service suffered greatly. I personally got up 2 different times to get refills on drinks.

Couldn’t get any service. Everybody was in the back talking over everybody’s food not worth stopping here!! Waiting 20 minutes with no service!!. Better off going to Cracker Barrel right up the street..

I ORDERED 4 DISHES AND ONLY TWO ARRIVED AFTER THAT I HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES FOR ONLY TWO DISHES TO ARRIVE

The service is horrible, it took more than an hour to serve us, they didn't give me what I asked for, the food was horrible and the manager was terrible, I wouldn't eat at this place again
