Cagney's Of Kernersville

My husband received a gift card to this Cagneys location and we went to eat there yesterday, July 27, 2024. When we walked in, we were not greeted, the lady just looked at us with 2 menus in hand so we just followed her to a booth. As we sat down, I stepped on something under the table that made a loud noise. I couldn’t see what it was. (It was butter). We sat there, and sat there, and sat there. Another couple came in and were seated after us and were served their drinks. My husband waived to the lady up front and asked for a waitress. She “yelled” a waitresses name and at that point, we decided to leave. As we were getting up to leave, the lady at the table beside of us warned to be careful and said your table underneath is a mess. There was butter, jelly and trash everywhere. As we were leaving, no one said a thing to us….. no one cared that we were leaving. What a joke….. disgusting, dirty place with unprofessional staff. We will find someone less fortunate to give our gift card too because we will NEVER step foot back in that place. ZERO stars for EVERYTHING!!!!

Today I had breakfast at Cagney’s in Kernersville. Service was horrible then I found a hair in my gravy which I just placed a napkin over it and pushed it to the side. When the waitress brought the check I ask her to please remove the gravy because it had a hair in it. She walked off with the plate and sent another waitress over with the plate in her hand asking me to show her the hair. First off it was humiliating to sit there and dig through the gravy to find the hair for the second time. She stated oh yeah I see it. Needless to say they’ve lost a customer that eats there 2-3 times weekly. Farewell and the people of Kernersville will be informed of this incident.

Always Great service and good food for a great price

Had the Mediterranean marinated beef strips. Never take them off the menu!! First time guest and I'll be back for these alone! Server was so attentive, despite being busy. As a restaurant manager myself, I appreciate the service. The experience was overall amazing, will definitely be back!

We go here all the time. The gravy was a little floured tasting and the biscuits are always good but not so this time. I would still recommend. Everybody has there days. Other than this one time it's always been good. And we eat here a lot.
