Wendy's - KENWOOD

I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. They consistently get your order wrong, and whatever food you do receive is often stale, as if it has been sitting out for an hour. It’s simply not worth the money.

The chicken was very disappointing, with gristle throughout. The baked potato was undercooked and still hard, and I didn’t even receive any sour cream. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I'm not sure what's happening with Wendy's Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo, but this was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had from them. I've noticed that each time I've ordered it lately, it just keeps getting worse. To make matters worse, they sent the baked potato without any plastic utensils, napkins, butter, or sour cream, despite my direct request for those items. It was really disappointing. I guess from now on, it's only Chick-fil-A for chicken sandwiches!

It was missing the pecans, barely had blue cheese crumbles and im not sure the chicken was cooked.

I've recently become a regular at this location because my two kids on the Autism Spectrum only enjoy your french fries! The staff is incredibly hardworking, quick, and extremely friendly! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! A huge thank you to everyone at Kenwood Wendy's!
