Subway - Kenton

Food is not fresh at all. We ordered a foot long pretzel. It was literally hard as a rock and they would not replace it

Be careful ordering at the Kenton locations. The owners are horrible. I got the 2 footling subs for 12.99 as advertised. The woman employee, obviously an owner cussed me out for not letting her know about my coupon. She told me they were full priced. Because they add more meat and cheese to non coupon orders. So basically she admitted the screw you out of meat and cheese with coupons. She was rude and disrespectful and I should have thrown the food back at her. I saw that they had great value brand packages for their meat that's a Walmart brand btw. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. On the pick above was a sub with meat before the coupon. I'd hate to see the meat with the coupon. Very disappointed and for. New customers id drive out of town. They're other locations. The man saw I had my gift card and ran my foot long filly cheese and a drink for 22.99 The better business bureau and health department was definitely contacted. That old woman manager/owner needs a new profession the picture above would not be worth 17.99

I walked in and the person behind the counter was sitting and playing on his phone. We made eye contact and then he looked back at his phone and I walked up to the counter. I waited for 2 minutes while he refused to acknowledge me and then I left.
