I won’t go to this shop again and won’t recommend to anyone.Sweets were so bad we trashed them. Funny thing is at the shop entrance they kept a board as no refund and no exchange.
We were in Kent to drop off styrofoam. Asked Google for samosa near me and it suggested Novelty. It was 11am and they made us fresh samosa paneer pakoda aloo tikki. All were fantastic.Vegetarian options: It 's all vegetarian food.
All good except that sweets can only be bought in large quantities. You can buy a minimum of 1 lb here. Nothing less than that. Samosa is very good, keeping the exact Indian taste. Tea is very popular here. The place is neat and hygienic.
Food was great friendly staff try chole bhature, masala chai everything was great don't miss to try sweet at end ?
My dad was just at Novelty sweets and had the worst experience from the owner (old miserable man who manages his store by running his repulsive mouth and overcharging customers). In short, my dad was publicly harassed, insulted (told that he was too “poor” to be there) and at one point the owner had his hands on my dad -all because he had the audacity to ask why he was being overcharged. Safe to say, we won’t, EVER be coming back to Novelty sweets. The lack of respect, and human decency shown today from, THE OWNER was absolutely disgusting. They deserve to be sued and shut down.
