Mcdonald's - Kent

COVID19 protocol being followed. 3 of us visiting the area decide on the special, buy 1, get another for $1. Good deal. Double burger with a side of chicken nuggets. Hit the hunger zone while sitting in my car.

My experience here was fine. The manager saw me and took my order promptly. The restaurant was clean and staff were cleaning it while I was there. The tables could use cleaning. My food was brought out to me in quick order. I had a BOGO which they honored. There are security cameras everywhere. There is also a nice playplace.

Technical promblems at the drive-thru speaker today but otherwise it was good/okay

The Big Mac meal was prepared with all the ingredients I requested. The fries were tasty and the whole meal reminded me of the classic McDonald's taste and experience. Unfortunately, the nuggets were overcooked and stale, making them dry on the inside. I was grateful for the sauce to add some flavor.

The large order of fries was only half full when I received it, and the food was cold. They also forgot a burger. This McDonald's location consistently makes mistakes on my orders, whether it's getting them completely wrong or serving me cold and stale food.
