Dunkin' - Kent County

Went there to grab breakfast, the cashier was talking with a colleague through the headphones, misunderstood the request and charged me an extra that I did not wanted. When I asked about it, she pretended not to understand my English. When o got the order, asked them to correct it, they did it but did not gave me back what they charged in excess.

Why are they hiring kids that are borderline mentally retarded. It's like they are all smoking weed.How about hiring someone normal with more than one brain cell.

Literally the worst location in the area. Slow service. Coffees are always dripping on sides, lids not on. If you hate your job that much, just stop working.
