Chopstix - Kensington and Chelsea

The quality of this restaurant has declined since I started ordering takeout from them in 2009 to 2015. The prices have also increased, as I ordered last night and found the food to be lacking in quality and more expensive than I had anticipated.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely awful place. Very very Rude staff ladies, Hygiene was non existent . After eating here both me and my partner were ill. Just don't!!! Need an authentic Chinese not this slop charging high prices unfortunately it is the only Chinese in area. Better off going Makan!

Just got a delivery and it’s disgusting! Won ton soup was like dishwater and the noodles were all stuck together no taste to it! Never order from here again

Love this place. Regularly order takeout. Work locally. Lovely staff brilliant food.

Honestly please everyone who decides to go there after reading this be very careful I saw a small family of rats running about the kitchen I instantly told them they said it’s fine more flavour
