Redrail - Kennewick

I loved my lotus natural energy drink and the customer service here is exceptional! I recommend this locally owned coffee shop I asked the barista to surprise me with a flavor with my lotus and she did a great job with the flavors and even asked me if I liked it once she gave it to me.

Seriously good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Bagel sandwich and scones were amazing. Very glad we stopped by while passing through town.

Always a good experience at redrail. I am from out of town but visit for family and I can not only get my lotus here but they always make it as sweet as I like it! That's hard to get at some competing companies near by. And they are fast yet sweet. I never mind waiting if I hit the rush.

Small local owned coffee and smoothie store. Staff are always very friendly and happy. The prices for the drinks are right in line with most coffee shops. The drinks are always made well. For the smoothies they use the island oasis brand mix. Taste is very good. They have a punch card that gets you your 10th drink free. They also have a board that lists the special of the day. Highly recommend and is my goto spot for drinks.

This was a golden find on our travels to Kennewick. We love the small mom and pop places and this is a great one! Staff is friendly and fast. There double window set up is super smart. Order at one and pay/pick up at the other. Prices are great and quality is super solid. Coffee was earthy and full flavored (hazelnut latte). Chai was friggin fantastic and they did all three orders with no mess ups (iced, blended, spiced and not, almond milk in two but not the third). We will be back for sure and will be recommending to family and friends in the area. Note: dont forget to pick up a punch card on your next visit.
