Youngs Garden Chinese - Kenner

The customer service was awful to begin with when I went to pick up my to go order. They were rude to me and then when I told them they were being rude the two workers turned to each other to talk in another language. It is rude to talk about someone in front of their face. This is not the first time the workers there have given me unwarranted attitude. The food has definitely gotten bad. The prices on food went up while the quality has gone down. The egg drop soup wasbland and the lo mein was very mid. I will not be going back ever again.

Broccoli in moo goo. No way. Service bad. Fried rice had 6 shrimp and double order white rice to fill the plate and 3 snow peas. When I confronted server she said chef changed recipe. Guess what? I'm a chef and you don't change the structure of a dish on a whim. Server on her cell. WAY OVER PRICED! NOT GOING BACK!????????

Food was great, and the server was so nice! Good prices and portions for the food as well! Also read other reviews of this place for takeout saying they were waiting long times for their food, we got there to eat inside at 4pm, left around 530pm. In that time, there were a lot of people coming in to get takeout, and hardly anyone waited. There were a couple of people that had to wait about 5 minutes, but that is completely reasonable. I would definitely ordertakeout from here if I wanted Chinese.

Fresh so delicious menu items, in a pretty little atmosphere with lovely nautical lanterns...a nod to our close Gulf proximity. This is top notch Chinese great kind service!

Myself and a buddy strolled in, sat down and was immediately greeted by this sweet lady. We started with the crab rangoon (house made btw and super decadent) then we moved onto our plates.. we both had one of the combination plates. Food was super delicious staff was very attentive, only drawback I had? I wish they served beer there.. there?s nothing like a Tsingtao while you eat your food. I will be going back however!
