I highly recommend Dairy Queen to everyone looking for a delicious treat. The staff is very friendly and your order is always prepared perfectly. It's the best place to go for a sweet treat!

I brought my brother to this ice cream shop and had a very unpleasant experience with the service. We waited in line for 15 minutes, even though there were only 4 people ahead of us when we joined the line. The staff member who served us was on his cell phone making plans with his girlfriend. He gave me a hostile look when I approached the counter, and was rude and rushed while taking our order, despite there being no one behind us. When he made a mistake with my brother's order, he became defensive when we tried to point it out in order to get it corrected.

I can't resist their delicious soft-serve vanilla! It's a constant temptation being so close to my workplace.

My order was not received and instead was delivered to the incorrect address. The manager did not cooperate or assist me, dismissing my concerns. I would recommend that the manager be demoted to a position in which they do not have any direct interaction with customers, such as sweeping the parking area.

I would not recommend purchasing digital gift cards for Dairy Queen. Recipients have reported being unable to open them, resulting in a waste of money. Additionally, my account was quickly charged for the amount of the gift card.
