Tim Horton's - Kemptville

I was the 7th car on the drive through yesterday, it took 38 minutes to get to the window for 1 coffee! I thought there was a lack of personal, but when I got into the window, there were 7 people who, while everyone walks around like idiots who bump into each other?! if they don't know how to manage ordering for food with the coffee orders, it should be just coffee! if you want to eat, go in! it's a 'going through' not a parking space! totally unacceptable!

Slowest service ever. it is not from the norm to wait in the ride thru for 10 minutes for a coffee when its only car in the line. they are constantly running out of certain means of life, so if they try to order from the menu. something is missing. doughnuts, timbits, brot, eggs, hazelnuts. if they have something of this witness, it was saved from the previous night. Debit machine goes down a quantity and they will only find out when they reach the loudspeaker after 20 minutes in the line. overall they simply go the road to the other position through the walmart on the way better.

We went twice into this place and both paint the donut selection was abysmal. once we went in and they were made of rolls for sandwiches, no basic for the new quencers drink and had only 3-4 different simple donuts. I thought it was good for her to eat. it would be nice if they sold something.

Staff is friendly but they never have steeped tea and more often then not they mess it up and give you coffee. You WAIT in line to get to the speaker box and place your order for steeped tea. NO PROBLEM they say, come on...up. Then you WAIT again to get from speaker to window just for them to say we are out of steeped tea, do you want orange pekoe? NO thank you(that stuff is so weak they have to give you 2 bags)so they ask if you can go park around front and WAIT again for someone to bring out your order. So frustrating. Go to the Timmies by the 416. They are more on the ball, faster, get your order right and just as friendly.

Other people complain about the lack of product at this site is not an surprise. quite often they will notice that this place is made of coffee and must make another pot or has no more donuts. smooth movement for a coffee and. Donut-Shop. at least once in the week I go to a dark roast and they tell me that they have to make another pot that I tell them I'm going to wait happy. then they ask that I move my car and park it at the front of the load, so that they can delete my order and make it look like they serve customers in slow times with a reasonable speed. I always refuse politely, and intentionally will wait in the drive by supporting it. oddly, it doesn't matter if the management is not important, or they are too blind to see that there is a problem. I recently addressed it with th hq and it seems that they are interested in these problems. I am curious to see how this will affect your service in the future.
