This gem was recommended by our hotel in Kulmain, Bavaria as Kemnath is only a 10 minute drive. Wow! What a fantastic find. The owner and her son were very nice and spent time explaining the menu to us since we know very little German. We opted for the delightful spaetzle with pork and mushrooms in a wonderful brown sauce. The Hefeweizen was one of the best. If you want authentic, family owned, delicious German food this is your place!

Operation very nice, but the food leaves to be desired! First the food comes to the table and at some point the drink!

There are varied daily tickets. Every food top!! The salad is not as written in a review from the can, but also varies daily with fresh vegetables. It's an old house. The rooms are slightly older, but still everything is very clean. LCD TV and external, open BayernWLAN available. I was here for four with an assembly team and everyone was equally satisfied with accommodation and food.

The best German food in town: very friendly owners. Small menu but evergthing on it is delicious. We've been several times and will eat there again. Very good prices.
