Sybil's Omelettes - Keizer

An interesting menu. Very limited vegan options. The plate looked better than it tasted. It wasn't as tasteful as I expected. I'm not sure if I'd visit again.

Great food and even better service. From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out, you know darn well why they have been in biz for 40 years! #43 is my favorite?

I?ve been coming to Sybil?s since I was young. They are a well known breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Their pancakes are the best I?ve ever had. I always order pancakes when I come here. Their service is top notch. Their waiters/waitresses are so nice. If you?re a regular they remember you and talk with you. They are super attentive to your needs and check on you frequently. Would highly recommend.

Best eggs Benedict I?ve ever had! A cozy spot, hiding if you don?t look hard enough. Food was delicious, and staff went above and beyond. We had a table of 8 adults and 8 children under 4 years of age, food was out quick, my coffee cup was never empty, and the waitresses were so incredibly patient and kind. 10/10 would dine there again!

This place is THE breakfast hot spot in Salem. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is very fun with all the signs on the walls. There's sure to be a menu item for everyone in the family. Be prepared to wait if you go on a weekend morning.
