Arby's - Keizer

For a chain, it's pretty consistent. Menu needs to be updated. Two items I asked for were no longer available. Could be a supplier issue though.

Hit or miss sometimes they are really good other times they are not good at all.

ALWAYS GETTING THE ORDER WRONG OR FORGETTING THINGS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It sucks because they have great deals, good gyros and an awesome Buffalo chicken sandwich but it’s not worth it when they get things wrong 100% of the time.

The Keizer location was drive through only and the only way I found out was because it was posted on the door for the lobby because I was trying to dine in first.

I clearly ordered a LARGE french dip, but nothing said of only one size offered anymore. Upon going home, I realize it's the smaller size and I called the store to simply ask if they still offered the larger sandwich. Here's where the low rating is earned. The person answering acts as if I should already know they only offered the one smaller size again.
