Rilakkuma Café Taipei - Keelung

I'm so happy and excited to have finally found this cafe! It's my favorite Rilakkuma spot. The environment is very clean, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. It truly did not disappoint! I highly recommend it. Fans must visit! Even if you're not a Rilakkuma fan, you should come here!

One downside was the lack of clarity in the dining instructions on the menu, which could use a bit more detail. On the Monday I visited, there were two gentlemen arguing with the staff over the "no children's meals for adults" policy, which was not stated on the menu. After patiently explaining the situation, the staff member was still unable to gain the gentlemen's understanding. Their agitation was quite noticeable, and they even suggested bringing out a manager, threatening to report the restaurant, and questioning why they came to dine there, among other things. It was clear that the server, Tina, was diligent in her role and was simply adhering to the rules. She responded tactfully and thoroughly explained that this was a policy, not a matter of poor attitude, though her tone conveyed a sense of helplessness. The staff could work on their response to unique situations like this to handle them more effectively. Overall, despite this incident, it’s a themed restaurant that I would highly recommend!
