Tonight we were told that they were not making food (no explanation) and that they 'd just run out of ice cream. Two hours before close and you 're not making food ? What the heck are you doing, then? This is by far the worst location in the valley. I cannot understand how it 's still functioning when it 's run so poorly. They don 't even open until 9! Most people are already at work by then, what 's the point of a breakfast menu if no one can buy it before work?
The first time I went here, I ordered a strawberry shake. They didn?t tell me until after I had ordered and paid that they were out of whipped cream which was a bummer but I didn?t make a big deal. The second time though, I waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes after the person on the speaker box said it would be just a moment. I had cars honking at me thinking I?m the reason the line wouldn?t move so I eventually just pulled off into one of the single order stalls. Third time coming here, it says they?re opened until midnight on Friday on Google. I pulled up at 10:58. I waited and then at 11 they turned off their sign. Since this location is apparently notorious for taking forever to take an order, I waited 10 minutes and finally called to ask about their hours and they said they?re closed at 11 and I must be looking at a different locations house online when I wasn?t. Like their shakes are good but the way they do things is very frustrating and disappointing.
The service here can be a little slow at times, which definitely improves if you pre-order using the Sonic app. The food has always been great though, I've never had any problems with the accuracy of my order and the employees are very pleasant.
Stopped here for my sweet tooth, i ordered the medium Sonic Blast with Oreo and Reeses pieces. There was so much pieces also plenty at the bottom. Best ice cream i've had so far
I ordered on the app for the 2nd time hoping it was easier. Went and parked in a stall and I couldn't find the number thing. I think maybe they should be up above the stall. I had to get out of my car to look for it. Three wait was long even though I ordered ahead. The employee was not friendly either.. well looks like I'll just be getting the freezes not food
