The worst customer service. The owner will yell and scream at you if you tell them THEY made a mistake. The worst customer service. No loyalty even for a long time customer. 1 mistake in more than 10 years and they could care less if they loose you as a customer. Prices are very high.
I highly recommend visiting this restaurant any time of day or night. My husband and I have been ordering from them for two years, and every time we crave Chinese food, we choose them over the local buffet because their food is simply superior. Delivery typically doesn’t take long, whether we’re getting it delivered or dining in, and the place is always clean. The staff is well-trained in providing excellent customer service. If there’s ever an issue with our order, they quickly rectify it. We’ve rarely encountered any problems or missing items. I don’t think their prices are high; they seem comparable to other Chinese restaurants. Even if the prices were slightly higher, I would still choose to eat there, as you often get what you pay for—and their food is definitely worth it.

I called the restaurant to inform them that my order, which totaled $35, was missing a bottle of soda. They said they were sending someone back, so I waited for an hour, but nobody returned. Later, I saw another delivery person who told me that the driver had fallen and went home. When I called again to explain the situation, the person who answered accused me of lying and claimed that the delivery person had indeed given me the soda.
