Beijing Ranch has become a standout authentic Chinese restaurant in the Katy area. Despite the 40-minute drive from my house, the flavors and dishes are worth it, bringing back nostalgia from my childhood in China. The cucumber peanut dish and dumplings made in a distinct northeastern style were highlights, offering delicious and flavorful experiences. The sour soup with pork belly and clear noodles was also a hit, capturing traditional flavors perfectly. Emily, the owner, provided impeccable service, enhancing our dining experience with her attention to detail and knowledge. Despite feeling full, the delectable offerings made me want to continue savoring the dishes. This hidden gem in Katy left me feeling blessed to have such an authentic northeastern restaurant nearby.
