Oyster 369 - Kapaa

This is on my list to visit and within an hour from the plane, we sat with a cocktail and already ordered food. The restaurant is small, but don't let that fool you!! The food was excellent! We have the Poke Bowl 1 and 2 and also have the Quick Ceviche. Great portions for two hungry people and didn't stuff us. Everything was super fresh. The bread with the keviche was also great. Everything was delicious. We're here for a week and wouldn't let any problems come back!

Like jewellery for taste buds! It's a tiny restaurant, so early here. Sit at the bar and watch how the boss works his magic. We had the Oysters Rockefeller, Tuna, Mussels and Poke Scarf. Each course was better than the last. I also ordered a photo of the huge seafood plate someone else because it looked amazing. Not to miss a place while you're here. Fair prices and amazing flavors!

We visited 8:30 on Friday night and sat fast, despite the limited available seats. Oyster 369 serves a **** Pinot Grigio, which was good and cheap. We started dinner with half a dozen oysters on the half dish served with Mignonette cocktail sauce and house tabasco sauce. We had a variety of different types of oysters, both locally and imported, and they were all delicious. Our first main course was the roasted mussels. They were exceptionally well prepared. We enjoyed a second course of Calamari with white beans and olives on a bed of warm kale. That was really good! Dessert was the Macadamia honey cake. This is a specialty of the restaurant and should not be missed. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

We have the small seafood plate and paired with a beautiful bottle of white. Very fresh oysters, we went with the combination of all the oysters they had at the time. The shrimps were also some of the best shrimps I ever had... House made cocktail sauce, house made hot sauce, house made mignonette. Very impressed. And then prices were very reasonable superior to what you get. The small plate is easily 2 persons.

This place was so good we came here twice during our 3 night stay. Incredibly fresh and delicious seafood, wonderfully kind, knowledgeable, and funny staff. This is a must try when you're on Kauai!
