I don't know what kind of acidic they saw on their tellers. Maybe it was bad?! I've got a heavy stomach pain when eating. a burrito containing kartoffel was also really strange. the vegan cheese was too sweet. I don't know why, but everything had an artificial taste. I would not recommend going there and I will never go there again either
Check out this vegan restaurant in Kaohsiung! Located near Fongshan West Station, this vegetarian eatery offers a menu that clearly indicates which items are vegan or can be made vegan. One of their specialties is a tuna vegan cheese pizza, topped with potatoes, corn, tomato, beans, and veggie tuna, drizzled with vegan cream and thousand island sauce. Although the pizza is made with a bread/toast base, it is not very crispy despite being freshly baked. Learn more about vegan dining options in Kaohsiung in this guide.
The restaurant offers a clear menu with options for both lacto-ovo vegetarians and vegans. The QQ ball is a must-try, with sweet potato and taro filling inside. The purple variation is particularly delicious and not greasy at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan pizza, which featured French beans as a unique topping. The ingredients were fresh and the staff assured me that no canned food was used. The handmade pizza base added to the overall freshness and crunchiness of the pizza. Although some menu items may not be available due to the restaurant being run by two elderly ladies who make everything by hand, the wait time may be a bit longer, especially during busy times. Overall, the food was refreshing and a unique combination between raw and traditional pizza.
The restaurant offers a clear menu with options for both lacto-ovo vegetarian and vegan dishes. One standout dish is the QQ ball, which is filled with sweet potato and taro and has a beautiful purple color. It is not greasy at all. I also tried the vegan pizza, which was a new experience for me as it had French beans as a topping. The ingredients were fresh and the attentive staff mentioned that they do not use preservatives. The pizza base was handmade and overall the pizza had a refreshing taste with a satisfying crunch. Despite some items on the menu not being available due to the restaurant being run by two older ladies who make many items by hand, the food is worth the wait, especially during peak times.
This restaurant features a diverse menu with pictures of each item as well as a separate vegan menu. However, the dishes can be inconsistent so it is recommended to ask for suggestions. I have been here a few times and highly recommend their banana milkshake and classic waffle. The standard hamburger and fries are decent, and the chicken nuggets are delicious. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful but the prices are on the higher side. It is located a 30-minute bike ride away from the MRT station, so it may be inconvenient for those without a vehicle. While this place is not outstanding, it currently has a 4.7/5 rating on Facebook, although my experience with wait times has been quite fast.
