Yaya's Euro Bistro - Kansas

Wonderful surprise on our long drive from Kansas City to Denver. Our server, Addison, was friendly, chatty and yet knew when to leave us alone. She was kind, prompt with our requests and served with aplomb. It’s a lovely cross between white linens, excellent food (the Trout Almandine was delicious) and casual grace. We had a delicious lunch here while visiting family. We shared a pizza and salad, and they were both really fresh and tasty. They have a menu with something for everyone, meat lovers or vegetarians and lots of gluten free options. The complimentary bread and baba ghanouj with dipping oil was especially delicious. It’s not too noisy and the waitstaff are very good.

We got their Beef Ragu and their Gnocchi(almost pillow-like! and loved it! This was even takeout! Took 15—20 minutes. Can’t wait to get it again some time.

Jessica was our server tonight, and she was awesome! Made everyone at our table feel like she knew us. The food was very good and very quick out of the kitchen. We had the butter cake for dessert. It was definitely the best dessert that we've had in a long time.
