Great Wall Chinese - Kansas

This place has horrible service. We are very dissappointed. My husband ordered an extra spicy lomein, but when he got all the way home with the food, turns out it hadn't been made spicy at all. Which isnt a big deal in of itself, mistakes happen, but when he took his food back up there to be fixed, they were very very rude and argued with him over it. They didnt even end up fixing our order. We will not be returning.

Fairly straightforward Chinese takeout place. One of the more cleaner ones, as well. HEADS UP. THEIR CHICKEN CHOW MEIN DOES NOT COME WITH NOODLES

UPDATE: They made it hot PLUS they gave me an extra side of hot to add AND they made us lo mein instead of chow mein despite MY MISTAKE! FREE. 5 STARS NOW! They'll get 5 stars when I ask for 3X hot and get ANY heat! Not even spicy! Great food but for 15 YEARS of coming here, I can't get them to listen TO SAVE MY LIFE! HOT MEANS ADD RED PEPPER! WHEN I SAY MAKE IT HOT LIKE I WANT YOU TO BE VINDICTIVE, DO IT! GEESH!

This place never disappoints me. I love their hot and sour soup. This is my favorite place to go to get lo mein and general Tso's chicken. The staff is quick too. I can't wait to use them more in the future.

Ordered Pepper Steak combo. Pepper Steak had 5 pieces of peppers lots of onions and about 9 pieces of steak. Fried rice had 4 pieces of meat no peas, carrots, onions or egg and most of all no flavor. Egg roll was ok. I know things are bad all over with service and no one wanting to work but this is ridiculous.
