Taco Bell - Kansas City

I love the people that work in this one. They have brought my food to me from the kitchen! It's a very courteous gesture. I like this particular location. I guess you could say that out of every Taco Bell I've been to. This is the best one ever! I'm working up the courage to try to ask everyone's names. They are usually in constant motion there. THANKS!!!

The number of times that the word was used while we waited for our food made me sick. the bathroom was disgusting, but I left the film because we're on the move and suspected they were short workers. the lack of professionalism made me sick. better people. there were children. that should not be important, but definitiw added to disappointment. make them better.

Say this idiot that they come in and continue to make food that is 90% prepared for them. scratch kitchen cookers make less than these mooches. when eating was better and the service was not underpar; as sure they give them 12 an hour. until a Taco bell employee heals cancer, they earn how little they need to make sure that they don't get up. they go to college and then they can make a living wage instead of working as a high school qualified employee.

I don't know what the deal with this place is when it's a personal problem or problems with the administration, but I've had constant problems just trying to pick up a mobile order. I had dinge missing, experienced 40min waiting times at the drive thru, and rude staff (although some of them were great). I think a lot of it comes from them to be shorthanded. I worked for six years in good service when I was younger and I know how it can be, especially if the management wants to run the dinge on a skeleton crew and get the work of 2-3 people from one. whatever it is, they have to get this place to, if they want to keep their doors open, I will never let myself hang in this running gear thru waiting for a order that again.

This place is so annoying when it comes to picking orders. I should have trusted that my bunt has ignored the order. Lobby unlocks not to close by 10 o'clock, but I say the lobby is closed to wait in the car drive to pick up the order? how, why not just give me the order or let me wait the few minutes for them. I'm already in here.
