Mcdonald's - Kankakee

I really dislike this McDonald's customer service sucks. They always gets your order wrong then have an attitude.

Every time I go to this McDonald's on Court Street in Kankakee whenever I ask them to give me extra sauce on the side they never give it to me but they take my money one day I went in and I had to wait on a Coca-Cola or iced coffee and I explained to them that I was disabled and could not come in could I get my money back and they told me no I tried to avoid this and it's only five steps away from where I live

The service was rudeMy shamrock shake was made sloppy.My burger was sloppy.This place sucks bro. Don't come here.

I ordered online 15 minutes prior. When I got there I still had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. Once I finally got the food turned out that I was missing some fries from my order. I pulled back around asked nicely about the missing fries and they told me to pull to the next window. After waiting another 10 minutes I decided to leave since it shouldn’t have taken that long for some fries that should have been there in the first place. Overall left disappointed and frustrated with how long things were taking.

The worst service ever. The wait was to long , then wanted to substitute an item, after I watched numerous people come and leave with their food. Go to poor boy a block west. Don't stop in you will regret it.
