Harvey's - Kanata

I’ve been here probably a dozen times in the past year, usually early evening. Every time the food has been good to excellent. This is easily the best Harvey’s location I’ve been to. For the people who complain about the drive through being a bit slow, I’ll take that for fresh food that is well put together.

Had awesome service from Maddi at the drive thru. I would say this to the owner, the staff seemed a ‘little taxed’. By not having enough staff on you’re pinching pennies and your staff has to work harder. Never trade great service for saving on labour costs. You’re lucky to have the staff you do madam/sir.

My husband and i were just in the centrum location and witnessed a very young employee deal with two difficult customers in a row. He never lost his cool. Even when the milkshake maker wasnt working he stayed calm and collected. The whole staffed worked together as a solid team. We were very impressed. Good job every one. And to the young man behind the counter your doing a great job.

I went here this evening, I parked up front and there were a lot of parking spots. I walked inside to greet the cashier. He was friendly and patient when I ordered my hotdog meal combo. I wanted to use my scene card. He asked me if I wanted to use up my rewards? I said yes and I got my meal for a great price. I didn’t wait very long for my meal. I had a great experience!

Very slow service though drive through … took 30 min to get our food and it was not good at all cold :.. definitely would not recommend this place for trying to get something
